How quickly can you attend site after we raise a defect?
For London and the South East, we aim to be on-site within 48 hours of written quote acceptance. For sites elsewhere in the UK, we will advise on the lead time. In our experience, we can attend before a replacement panel could be ordered, delivered and installed in almost every case.
Can Chicago Glass (UK) Ltd work on an active construction site?
Yes. Our technicians hold GQA/CSCS cards as a minimum and work daily on live construction environments. They are familiar with inductions and PPE requirements.
We have multiple panels damaged across several locations on site, can you handle this level of work?
