👩🏻 Jenna Weston & Petita Wiles 📅 26th October, 2020
This month, Chicago Glass (UK) Ltd became an Employee Owned Company. To celebrate this, we thought this months blog should be about one of our Employees. We put a few questions to Petita, who works in Sales.
What is something our clients have to deal with, that you can fix?
Almost all types of damage to glass panels within a building we can rectify, scratches, chips, grinder spatter, graffiti etc etc. I can talk the client through the process and explain what we can do to assist, from the initial enquiry through to providing a quotation to booking in a date to attend.
How do you start your day in the office?
8am start for me, I usually walk into the office and immediately start liaising with technicians, checking everyone on site and ready to start, sorting out any issues that may have arisen and reading through email traffic that has come in overnight, prioritising my workload. Only then do I get my morning cuppa.
What item/thing during your working day could you not live without?
I can choose only one? It would have to be my phone, interacting with our technicians on site and of course the persons making the enquiries.
What would we most likely find you doing on the weekend?
I love being outdoors so you’ll either find me deep in the countryside on a long hike or making the most of my garden at home. I’m also a keen cook and love to bake cakes for others.
Which season is your favourite?
Love Springtime, new beginnings new life, longer days and the promise of good times ahead
