Our sales team will be able to advise if we have a technician in your area, or when a technician will next be in the area.

We don’t just serve the UK, we regularly work in Europe, the Middle East and USA.  If you have a multiple glass damage abroad, please contact us regarding our international operations.

Our office hours are 08.00 - 17.00hrs Monday to Friday, however we can be reached outside of this time for urgent calls on 07940056220. 

Our technicians start work at 8am Monday to Friday, however we are pleased to offer an out of hours service, to help minimise disruption to your business.  Please let us know if you require this service.

Our standard service is to respond to call back requests / emails within 1 working day. With telephone enquiries we can usually give you a quotation within 1 hour.

We can often undertake work within 48 hours of receiving your written confirmation.

If you are working to strict deadlines, we'll do our very best to accommodate.

We work in A4 areas for our glass polishing service, so to get an estimate of the cost we will ask you to count how many A4 pieces of paper would be required to cover all the damaged area(s). 

For chips, cracks, shells and edge damage if a photograph can be sent in to info@scratchremovers.co.uk, we can 99% of the time advise you on the price there and then.

If you are working on a large project, with multiple glass damage across a property or properties, please get in touch and we can discuss organising a free basic site survey and an estimated cost of restoring the glass.

If you do not have an account with us, we accept payments by debit/credit card over the phone once the works have been completed.

Where works are carried out across weeks, we will request payment weekly.

No, we can only restore glass with damages such as scratches and chips.  We suggest you contact a local glazier / glass merchant who should be able to help.

Yes, alongside our glass polishing and restoration services we also provide on-site paint spraying repair services to architectural metalwork within the construction and trade sector.

We do not, however our sister company GlasWeld Systems UK Ltd will be able to help you.
