If we have been unable to resolve your complaint, you can approach the GGF Conciliation Scheme. Your Conciliation Manager will then try and resolve the issue within 56 calendar days, after this time, if the situation still remains unresolved, a low cost Alernative Dispute Resolution is available via TGAS.
