Excellent service every time, we have used Chicago Glass numerous times over the last couple of years, we have found this to be much more cost effective then replacing large glass panes. They are very professional and their work is impeccable, even the largest of scratches they have managed to polish out, you would never know the glass was previously scratched or had been repaired. Highly recommend!

I am writing to say that we are delighted with the outcome, which has way exceeded our expectations. You really have to know the damage is there to spot it, and I doubt if a normal viewer would ever notice it. The dark patch around the chip, which we assumed would still be visible, has disappeared.

Petita did a fine job in managing expectations during the initial enquiry. So it became a case of "underpromise - overdeliver". And your admin system is very efficient with the automated acceptance etc.

Altogether an impressive operation. ... a big "thank you!!" to all concerned.

Surpassed my expection - i had some very difficult scuffs and scratches to remove from an internal glass door - The operative from Chicago glass spent time carefully attending to each and now the glass looks like new. Highly recommend and a very pleasant and professional company to deal with.

After sending you the size of the sratches on site you gave us a quote. The quote was super easy to get you booked in to visit site and then the invoice was generated.

Very happy to review the service offered by Chicago Glass. I had been looking for several weeks for someone to fix the scratches on my windows) I was messed about and didn't make progress getting to a quote. Once I got through to Chicago Glass the quote was with me same day, accepting the quote was easy and appointment was set. On the day the representative was on time, polite and got the job completed in less than 2 hours. Plus did his best with some scratches that were really too close to the window edge. Overall a very professional service.
