Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm - Customer Service Team. Please note, our offices are closed on Bank Holidays.
Our normal working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm for our technicians. However, we realise that you may wish to keep any disruption at a minimum, especially on commercial and occupied properties, therefore our technicians are happy to work at times suitable to suit you, including weekend and overnight works.
We wish to take this opportunity to reassure you that we will remain open for business as usual during the upcoming lockdown. Our customer service, sales and accounts teams will be available on all the normal contacts to discuss any new enquiries, existing enquiries, schedule attendance or general questions you may have about our services.
Concerning our on-site activities, we will be continuing to provide our services. Attendance is based on these sites and our technicians following robust Health and Safety polices in line with the Construction Leadership Council - Site Operating Procedures.
