A loyal customer, leading luxury London residential developers, reached out to us in February 2023, to see if we could assist them with removing various internal and external scratches across balustrades, Skyframes, glazed slot, and basement glass panels on a property in London. 

Initially, a technician attended site in March 2023 for part of a day to remove a few A4 areas of scratch damage.  This led to a technician attending to remove scratches from a 1m x 3m walk on roof panel, before attending on a more regular / weekly basis as more damage was identified by the client across multiple panels.

Access was challenging on site, due to the location of scratch damage.  Unable to be reached with traditional methods of working at height - tower, podium. We were able offer the client our rope access service, and our rope access technician was onsite for 5 days.
