Happy 2nd Employee Owned Birthday to Us
It has been 2 years since the Group has become Employee Owned. I am over the moon with the impact Employee Ownership has had and the results that we have achieved in the last 2 years. The Group’s employee partners have positively engaged with the ownership structure, which has resulted in the Group being able to offer improved services, quality, performance, and productivity. These improvements, together with our 96% team retention and new additions throughout the Group, speaks for itself. I look forward to continued growth and success this year and would like to thank you all for your commitment.
